U see.... Especially their girl groups. Someone says it's called RETRO CUTE! There's other group that using these concept too. Maybe it is hot trend in Korea right now I guess. 
Nah... It's not only happened in Korea itself but around the world. Proof? U can see it through clothes, hairstyles, makeups, cars, or even home furnishing. RETRO? VINTAGE? It's up to u to interpret it. This is only my opinion. PEACE!
