MY FIRST... PANCAKES! HEHEHEHE~ ^.^

Hehehehehehe

You can try also maaa... simple but ok lar... Hehehehe~

So, here's the recipe!

RECIPE FOR FLUFFY PANCAKES

Flour – 1 cup or about 180 gm
Baking powder – 2 teaspoon
Bicarbonate of soda – a pinch
Salt – a pinch
Sugar – 2 tablespoons

Mix dry ingredients above in a bowl. Make a well.

Add in:

One egg – beat
Milk – about 1 cup or 200 ml (I used fresh milk with some vanilla flavor)
1 tablespoon oil – preferable olive oil

- Mix or whisk the batter until there are no lumps. Leave to stand for 30 minutes or until bubbles form on the surface.

- Use a non-stick pan and fry. Do not use any oil.

- Pour a huge tablespoon and leave for a while until bubbles burst and form tiny holes. Flip over and brown the other side.

- Serve pancakes with a dollop of butter and maple syrup.

Hahahahahaha.... Shuke~ Knapa? Shuke hati le.... hahahahahahaha...

X bha.... Sa skrg suka betul buka blog sa sendiri walaupun sa lama uda x tulis pa2.. No idea ma. Pastu sa xda xtvt best bha. Hobby & interest pun teda. Ada tp not obsessed lar. Biasa2 sja. Sa banyak abiskan masa sa di rumah jax skrg. Kelas kn 1 kali seminggu. Busan lor...
